Libertas is a 2011 Beneteau First 40 with a set of Doyle Sails, including Code 0. She has been modified for offshore sailing, with a Spectra Cape Horn Extreme watermaker, 12-person SOLAS liferaft, and substantial 720 watts of solar power generation from flexi-panels on her bimini.
This Beneteau First 40 benefits from Webasto heating and a full Garmin navigation suite. It is rare to find a high performance boat as comfortable as this.

Design made following European Directive requirements and according to EC certification.
Monolithic hull (Glass - Polyester)
Structural counter moulding made with unidirectional fabrics laminated and stuck evenly to the hull
Injection mouulded hull (Sandwich / Glass fibre / Balsa wood / Polyester resin)
Accessible areas covered in a 'picot' type non-slip surface
Deck hull join screwed, stuck and banded with 1 solid wood bulwark plain
The keel is fixed to the boat by a system of screws and stainless steel veneer
Hung rudder - Self-aligning rocker bearings - Glass fibre compound stock / resin
White coloured hull - Anthracite grey hull decoration
