Bourne 54 is a 54ft trad style narrowboat, with the advantage of an extra large rear access hatch. This allows for very easy entrance through the stern, and also gives space for a second person to accompany the steerer. The original boat was built by Peerless Narrowboats in 2003, it was little used and considered by Bourne Boats to be worthy of a full interior refit and a full exterior repaint. In the style of a Dutch Barge, Bristol Fashion is narrow beamed and beautifully fabricated with the lovely flowing lines expected of a Dutch Barge. Completed in 1989 by Roger Apperley of Watercraft in Worcester, the boat was fully refitted in 2017 and is now offered in excellent condition.
