70 x 12ft 3 New Bespoke Collingwood Widebeam
£159,950
Moored in Reading (no mooring with this boat)
Brand new bespoke Collingwood widebeam for sale.
This boat has been designed with space and luxury at the forefront.
From the 10ft stern deck through to the whirlpool bath, she has everything to provide a luxurious home or holiday get away.
This 70ft by 12ft3 space is a reverse layout, and has a large galley, living area, bathroom and bedroom. Throughout the boat there are well thought out storage solutions and personal touches to make this an extra special boat.
She is fitted with a Canaline 70hp turbo engine and a Vetus 95 kgf bow thruster, this coupled with the hydraulic steering makes a perfectly equipped vessel for navigating the waterways. She is painted externally in midnight blue and cream with black gunnels. Internally she is lined in white American oak and cream with a cream tongue and groove ceiling. There are grey curtains and gunmetal grey carpets, along with grey tiles in the bathroom and engineered oak flooring in the galley.
Heating is provided by a 9kw Webasto hydronic system to radiators and a towel rail. This is supported by a Morso log burner in the living area. The boat is fitted with Caldwell windows, which are double glazed. This combination, along with the spray foam insulation, makes her a very warm and cosy boat. Hot water is supplied by a three way calorifier.
She has the following layout and specification:
Stern deck – This boat has a eurocruiser stern with built in seating. Dark blue pram covers provide a covered seating area (they can be lowered easily for low bridges or for enjoying the sunshine in the summer). There are cream cushions on the seating and a removable stern table. Lighting is fitted at floor level. A double external 240 socket provides a power supply, with also the shore power socket. There is ample access to the engine bay. A gas box is fitted which will store 2 x 13kg gas bottles. The binnacle is on the port side of the doors. Central double doors open to steps leading down to:
Galley – The galley is fitted out with a grey kitchen from Howdens, including a Belfast style sink and island with dining area attached. There is a gas Kenwood range cooker, wine cooler, dishwasher, large integral fridge and freezer. There is ample storage and work surface giving a spacious feel to the galley, often not found on boats. The flooring in the galley is engineered oak.
Living area – From the galley it leads through to the living area. This area is carpeted in a grey carpet. Large windows and a skylight provide lots of light, again making the area feel spacious, whilst the log burner and fireplace surround help to give a cosy and welcoming atmosphere. There are also charcoal grey radiators providing warmth. There is a 49 inch Samsung TV fitted here.
Corridor – The corridor leading from here is extra wide and houses further built in storage and an integral washer dryer. There is also a writing desk area which could easily be used as an office space.
Bathroom – a smoked glass privacy door opens into the large bathroom. This room is fitted out with lots of storage, a large Belfast style sink, full sized shower, whirlpool bath and pump out toilet. There are dark grey tiles on the floor and bath surround.
Bedroom – The very spacious bedroom is fitted with an island kingsize bed with bedside tables. The bed lifts up on gas struts to allow access to storage below. There are numerous wardrobes, overhead cupboards and chest of drawers in the bedroom and space for a TV should you wish. Double, partially glazed doors lead out on to the bow deck.
Bow deck – This area of the boat is large enough for a bistro table and chairs. There is access to the bow thruster here. There is also an anchor lock here which provides a large storage space. A double external 240 socket provides a power supply, there is also a tunnel light and navigation light.
