Lady Jane is a 60ft x 11ft reverse layout widebeam in superb condition, boasting all the hallmarks of Aqualine quality and finish. She was the show boat at Crick in 2010 and has been loved and cared for really attentively by her one owner since new. She has been a liveaboard, off grid, for most of that time, so her credentials are well and truly proven.
The spacious rear deck has a good condition pram hood over and the well maintained Beta 60 sits under. Navigation is aided by the Vetus bowthruster. Steps lead down into the galley. Classic Aqualine, the fitout and finish is first class, and there are cupboards and storage options everywhere, including a larder and a coat cupboard. Utilities comprise of a fridge, separate freezer, 4 burner gas hob, oven & grill, microwave and a stainless steel sink.
Passing a granite breakfast bar, you enter the huge saloon. This has a side hatch on the starboard side, a 3 seater sofabed, a super comfy armchair, a drop leaf dining table (with 4 chairs) and a Morso Squirrel solid fuel stove. There is a 32” wall mounted TV with satellite and DVD and more storage cupboards and shelves in abundance.
The bathroom follows. Super posh with frosted glass door, huge mirrors, granite counter tops, tiled floor and shower cublicle and two loos - an electric macerator pumpout and emergency Porta Potti. The shower is a quadrant cubicle with light and extractor over, the basin is ceramic, there is a heated towel rail and oodles of cupboard space. The domestic size washing machine is housed in here.
The bedroom is in the forward cabin. It is huge and luxurious, boasting a king size bed (storage under), and surrounded by wardrobes, cupboards, drawers and shelves. It feels really roomy with more storage than most houses. The windows in here are double glazed. Steps lead up onto the cratch covered well deck (with glazed cratch board).
She has been recently blacked and regularly serviced. The central heating is a gas Alde system. The water supply is over 1,000 litres and is heated by the engine, Alde or immersion. 230v is supplied from the 3kw Victron inverter or landline hook up, and 12v is from the enormous bank of batteries (1,040ah domestic). This is supported by over 1,000w of solar power. All the lighting is LED.
There is nothing to do to Lady Jane apart from move on board and add your personal touches.
