Houseboat - Converted Norfolk Broads River Cruiser. Ideal as an inexpensive first home. 33� Length 12� Width. Very spacious inside. Made from GRP in 1976.
Pump out toilet, shower room, bedroom, kitchen, living room and external seating area at the front. 12V and 240V electric system. Mains power available on the bank.
Recently installed reconditioned Perkins 4108 Diesel engine.
Battery charger in engine compartment.
Recently installed Rinnai instantaneous Gas water heater.
Recently installed stainless steel water tank, 150 Gallon capacity. Water available from the bank.
Separate Sinks in the kitchen and bathroom.
Pump out toilet in the bathroom.
Very cosy wood burning stove in the living room; also a sun-roof.
External seating area comes with removable awning; this also makes an excellent storage area.

Kings Pawn was designed by Van Lent in Holland, built in 1969. She is still very original and is an excellent sea going vessel.She has been in the same family for over seventeen years. Construction:- 5mm steel hull with wooden superstruture. Teak decks 35mm thickness.
Electical:- 24v and 220 systems. Generator 4x24v engine start, Four 24v domestic use batteries with battery chargers. Wheelhouse:- Helm, and Navigation equipment including compass, depth sounder, VHF radio, autopilot, Garmin Marine Navigator and radar.
Machinery:- Twin DAF 105 hp 6-cylinder diesels.Fuel tank capacity 3,000 litres. Acommodation
Kings Pawn sleeps 6 in one ensuite double cabin aft, one double bunk berth cabin forward to port and one forecabin with V-berths which has an ensuite toilet, shower and sink. Four steps lead down forward to the galley, equipped with fridge, washing machine, cooker, tumble dryer, a stainless steel sink and storage cupboards. Saloon is equipped with three and two seater leather reclining sofas, storage cupboards and fitted carpet. Steps lead down to toilet and second cabin leading onto aft cabin which has large double berth with fitted cupboards and ensuite shower room with sink.Fitted with a combination diesel boiler with rads throughout and is comfortable for living on all year round. Kings Pawn was last surveyed in late 2002 and was found to be in excellent condition. |
