She is a much loved 45 feet traditional narrowboat set up for liveaboard use Built by Liverpool Boats in 1996
Lovely looking boat with beautiful paintwork and interior. Built and maintained to a very high standard, with good headroom
pine planked interior walls, and excellent woodwork throughout, laminate on the floor.The hull is 10/6/5/4mm in excellent condition, recently blacked and new anodes fitted.
She is on a secure and rarely available mooring close to London, suitable for all year round use and the mooring is fully transferable to the new owner.
It is quiet boatyard on the Thames with very friendly community and with free parking.
Perfect location with trains going to London in less than 40 minutes.
The Boat Safety Certificate is valid until March 2013. The boat was out of water surveyed in December 2008.
She has got a big water tank (approx 100 gallon) in the bow fitted with water filter for high quality drinking water and
a gas locker with 2 x 13-kg gas bottles. There is a large storage area under bow deck
In the galley there is a 4-burner gas hob, grill/oven, full-size sink & drainer and a new 1 year old morco gas water heater.
There is a Morso Squirrel solid fuel stove positioned near the centre of the boat for heating.
In the bedroom there is a double bed with lots of storage area beneath and a built-in wardrobe.
In the engine room there is a 1 year old small size Candy 1000T 230v washing machine and a tumble dryer fitted.
Any electronic devices, including washing machine or tumble dryer, could be powered by either 230v mains or by the Sterling Combi (charger/ inverter) 1500W 12V via 2 110amp leisure batteries, if you are out of the marina.
There are 12 new Twin 230v sockets and a 70amp Galvanic isolator fitted into the boat.
She had her top just recently repainted, she was out of the water and blacked and 10* 2,5KG anodes fitted on her hull in 2009.
Her 1.5 BMC 4 cylinder diesel engine starts and runs perfect.Very smooth and clean engine gives plenty of power a boat of this size and
regularly serviced.
She was a much loved boat, we are selling her because we would need more space for a baby later on. |

The two stroke 25 hp engine makes this boat go fast - it has been used on the river.
